TK-Architecture has re-released its Design Quality Control Plan with updates to include key components of the recently developed Sustainability Implementation Plan and BIM Execution Plan. The changes bring the Design Quality Control Plan into unison with the other two plans and with the new initiatives and best practices implemented within the firm to include the AIA 2030 Commitment. The plan addresses quality assurance within the design process with a series of checks and cross-checks designed to ensure accountability and coordination among disciplines. It also addresses the quality control process of establishing a third-party review of design concepts and documentation through Independent Technical Reviewers.
